Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with Lillifoot ("we", "us", or "our") for creative production services. By engaging our services, submitting a brief, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Lillifoot

Lillifoot is a creative production studio specialising in AI-generated campaign visuals and digital product photography for e-commerce and D2C brands. We operate as a sole proprietorship based in India, serving clients globally.

2. Services & Plans

Lillifoot offers three service plans. The scope of each is defined at the time of engagement and confirmed via invoice or written agreement.

Plan 01 — Sample Drop (USD $349 | One-Time)

• 5 final campaign images

• 48-hour turnaround from brief confirmation

• 1 creative direction

• Straight execution — no revisions included

• High resolution, platform-ready delivery

Plan 02 — Brand Campaign (USD $1,549 | One-Time)

• 30 final campaign images

• 7-day turnaround from brief confirmation

• 3 creative direction concepts

• 2 revision rounds on finals

• High resolution, platform-ready delivery

Plan 03 — Retainer (USD $1,249/month | Monthly Subscription)

• 20 final images per month

• Priority 48-hour turnaround

• Monthly creative alignment session

• 1 revision round per image

• High resolution, platform-ready delivery

All deliverables are optimised for digital platforms including social media, paid advertising, and e-commerce websites. Lillifoot visuals are not intended for large-format print, physical packaging, or broadcast media.

3. Payment Terms

Plan 01 — Sample Drop

100% of the project fee is due upfront before work commences. Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.

Plan 02 — Brand Campaign

A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final assets. Final files will not be released until the balance is settled in full.

Plan 03 — Retainer

The first month is invoiced and paid in full before work begins. Subsequent months are invoiced on the 1st of each month and due within 7 days. Work for the upcoming month will not commence if a prior invoice remains unpaid.

General Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in USD

• Payments accepted via Wise, Payoneer, or bank wire transfer

• Invoices not paid within the agreed period may result in a pause or cancellation of services

• Lillifoot reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice for retainer clients

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number specified per plan. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance will be charged at USD $75 per round, invoiced separately.

A revision is defined as changes to an already-approved creative direction. Changes to the original brief after production has begun may be treated as a new project at our discretion.

The Sample Drop plan includes no revisions. Output is delivered as-is based on the submitted brief.

5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin from the moment we receive a complete and confirmed brief, not from the date of payment. Incomplete briefs or delayed responses from the client may affect delivery timelines.

Lillifoot will communicate proactively if any delay is anticipated. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full commercial usage rights to all final delivered assets. This includes use across digital platforms, paid advertising, social media, email, and e-commerce.

Lillifoot retains the right to use delivered work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Ownership of raw project files, AI generation prompts, workflows, and source materials remains with Lillifoot at all times.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative production work, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled by the client before work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus any applicable transaction fees.

If Lillifoot is unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, a partial or full refund will be offered at our discretion depending on the stage of work completed.

Dissatisfaction with the creative output does not constitute grounds for a refund where the work has been delivered in accordance with the agreed brief. We encourage clients to use the included revision rounds to reach a satisfactory result.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing a clear, complete, and accurate brief prior to project commencement

• Supplying any required product images, brand assets, or reference materials in a timely manner

• Responding to queries and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours)

• Ensuring they have the right to use any materials submitted to Lillifoot as part of the brief

Lillifoot is not liable for output that does not meet expectations due to an incomplete or inaccurate brief provided by the client.

9. Retainer Cancellation

Either party may cancel a retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. Notice must be sent to hello@lillifoot.com.

Work already in progress at the time of cancellation notice will be completed and invoiced as normal. No refund will be issued for work already delivered in the current billing cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lillifoot’s total liability to any client under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or month in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or damage to brand reputation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For clients in other countries, we are happy to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith before any formal proceedings.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. Lillifoot will not share client briefs, product details, or business information with third parties without prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lillifoot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Retainer clients will be notified of any material changes to Terms with at least 14 days written notice.
